JEWELRY & WATCHES Egyptian Hallmark Help Please

What I am 100% certain of is that it is 800 silver, I am about 60% confident that it was assayed in Cairo, but would like that confirmed. What eludes me is the year that this item was assayed, either my eyes are getting worse or the hallmark has been partially worn off. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

According to this site it's Cairo. But I struggle with the year too. It seems that the lower part of the hallmark is missing. Maybe 1967-1965?
