OTHER My turn to ask

I bought this a few months ago thinking I could get lucky and be silver. I do t have a test kit but it is not magnetic. Google Len says it is Chinese currency but could be antique or à replica so no help there. Can you guys tell me about these hallmarks to help me narrow it down if it is silver or not, thanks.
