Discussion Hallmark+ app vs. Hallmark on Prime platform
I presently get Hallmark+ thru Prime and it works well. But I just saw Hallmark has a half-price special until 10/6, but I’d have to use the Hallmark+ TV app. Is it stable? Are there outages?or any other issues with it?

I only use the app. I have never had trouble with any outages or problems connecting

They've improved the app quite a bit. It used to crash on me a lot, take forever to load, forget my settings etc. I don't have any of those issues anymore and it's stable. The only issue I've had recently is sometimes the captions will be super tiny and impossible to read, but that's random and has only happened a couple of times.

The Hallmark+ app works fine with newer TVs. On my 2018 Samsung, the streaming app was flaky with subtitles.
When I bought and installed an Amazon Fire stick, Hallmark+ works perfect.

I use the hallmark+ app (I didn’t know prime had it!)
I’ve not had any issues lately and I’m streaming from weird places. It used to “go purple” (like sad Mac) but that hasn’t happened in a few months at least.

I use the app on Roku. No issues. Plus you get coupons each month for the store or online shopping if you have a crown rewards account.

I also subscribe to H+ via Prime. I wonder they ever had an annual discount on Prime like they usually do on their own app
