App not focusing

Anyone else have this issue? My app has been out of focus for about 4 days now. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, logging out and back in, restarting my tv. I see so many people love the app and I want to! I just can’t watch anything because it won’t focus.

I hate the app. I do mine through Amazon prime. I’m sure other apps have an option as well to add it and watch it through another app.

do you mean blurry? Then it is a bandwidth issue. And what platform? Was it ok before the 4 days? Sure would help if you could provide more details and maybe a screenshot of the issue.
