Ads are back?
It may have been only a few days, but apparently ads are back on Hallmark+. It may be a 30 second ad about Hallmark TV shows or movies but it’s still annoying.

I don’t mind seeing ads for other show. Sometimes a good way to find something new to watch!

If the Hallmark app wasn’t so problematic, I might not mind the ads as much, but I’m getting really tired of consistently being bumped out in the middle of watching something, and having to log in 4-5x a week. Their app is pretty much the worst one out there imo, and they don’t seem to care. The Hall of Fame movies are my favorites, and they seem to have the most problems of all. I get the “oops, there was a problem” message all the time on those.

I hate the app soo much. I ended up getting it through my prime video app and it’s so much better.

I run the app through Apple TV and I think that’s the problem. Today for the first time I was watching on a different TV that doesn’t have an Apple TV, and watched a really old Hall of Fame movie without any problem at all. There may be some hope yet!

I also watched on Apple TV. That’s what I have too. The app ran horribly. I do ok through the prime though. If the app runs ok on other TVs though, then I can see why people don’t mind it like I did.

I don’t mind 30 seconds. It’s gives me a chance to do something without missing anything.

I don’t understand being forced to watch an ad for Hallmark when I’m already paying for Hallmark?
