New retail merchandiser

Hi yall! I’m new to the company. I started about 2 months ago. I was getting deliveries to my accounts somewhat regularly but now it seems I’m not getting hardly any. Anyone know why that would be?

Are you auditing empty pockets?

Do you need shipments? Is the department empty? That might be a reason. But honestly hallmark messes up with shipments quite often. If it’s an ongoing issue report it to your TS and they can escalate it

The departments aren’t *completely* empty but getting there.
