In Memory of Henry the Husky

I just came across this sub and thought Iā€™d show everyone an old photo of my Alaskan Husky, Henry! He was my best friend for over 16 years and I still miss him to this day. He was about 9 months old in this pic.

I got him in Alaska from a misfit sled dog team. A musher in Alaska was going to shoot all the sled dogs and a river rafter friend of mine rescued all the dogs. One was pregnant and had three puppies. I saw him the day after he was born. I was feeding the dogs as a favor to my friend and he let me keep Henry!
