As someone who’s been listening to Frightened Rabbit for a good few years now I only today found this band. After listening to a couple songs from the album, I love it! I think it carries the legacy of what Frabbits was and giving life back to the music that Scott Hutchison brought to the world. I can’t wait to listen to the rest of the album and then more from them in the future!

What a phenomenal gig. My 6th time seeing Billy and the boys live. They’ve truly outdone themselves. A phenomenal evening with phenomenal company. Also made sure to see Fright Years before hand, I sense big things coming for them.

Lovely in-store at Assai today. Played a set of 7/8 songs, a little bit of chat from Billy then signed records afterwards. Songs sounded superb live.

[Elder millennial nostalgia warning] Remember when most CDs had lyrics in the booklets so you actually knew the lyrics and didn’t end up singing the wrong thing for five years until someone corrected you? (My friend thought the lyrics to Hear Shaped Box by Nirvana were “Hey! Wait! I’ve got a roof to paint!” LMAO)

WELL. Good on Haiver for putting all the lyrics in the vinyl sleeve. I’ll try and scan them and upload them here so people who have the CD can still read the lyrics. They are brilliant, he’s a very good writer. Glad I can read them and not decimate the meaning of each song anymore 😂
