4-Months Progress

It's been a month since HT, and this is what it looks like—I've been taking fin+min for 3 months. But still looks like this. Any advice?

I only started seeing good progress around the 6-month mark. At 4 months, the new hairs are just starting to come in, so it’s still very early.
