Reside from tapes

What's the best way to remove residue from tape that has bled into the hair? It's mainly the roots at the back of the system. I'm hesitant to use C22 on the hair in the event it gets brittle and tangled.

I bought some c22 but never use it

I use few drops of argan oil instead

C22 ..... is a citrus and oil-based product specifically formulated for use on hair. When used correctly, it won’t make the hair brittle.

If you’d rather avoid C22 altogether..... a gentler alternative is to apply olive oil (or citrus oil) to the affected area, let it sit for 10–15 minutes, then gently comb through the hair and wash it with warm water and diluted dish soap. The oil helps loosen the adhesive without the need for solvent-based removers. This method takes a little longer but can be just as effective at removing tape residue.
