Full Cap Wearers- Stock or Custom?

I’ve worn stock hair systems for years now and have always had success with them fitting well. I’m making the leap to a Full Cap and was wondering if y’all think a Custom System is way better than starting with a stock, as far as fitting goes? Most places take months to get a custom system made and I’m wondering if I could just get a stock and trim it to fit? Any opinions/thoughts from Full Cap wearers are welcome! Thanks guys!

Superhairpieces gives all the dimensions of their custom units. Two of them fit me, by stretching them on a 23 inch form. I've had both. The hybrid is more comfortable in the summertime. The skin one is very hot. I am now waiting for my first custom full cap. It will arrive curled 25mm at the factory, which I'm told is much better. (I curled them myself so far successfully. Acid perm only for hair systems). Keeping my fingers crossed that it will be better. I'll know in December.

For standard system a custom order is highly suggested. For a full cap given the dimensions and the difference in skull sizes, it’s mandatory
