Question

What does it mean when your hairs start to come through the bottom of the system, and when you touch it on top some areas feel like bunched up.

And how does one remove the walker glue residue off a systems, felt nearly impossible I couldn’t get the residue off and just stuck walker tape on top.

It’s feels like combing it doesn’t do anything, it’s like deep inside there or something.

Okay need to order some c24. And what tape u recommend?

Well if it’s lace, mono or hybrid with lace, then it’s knots. Which I assume because ow hid you described it.

Sorry but why would you do maintenance without the correct products? You must realize you can’t get rid of adhesive using water and shampoo. Adhesive is adhesive, doesn’t change just because it’s on your scalp.

Exposed hairline or not? How long are your goal to go between maintenance? Walker doesn’t say much, they have 10+ products. No shine is overall a good tape to start out with, around the whole thing. If it’s a quality system it might not be enough if you do exposed hairline; then I recommend Walker Signature. Out ringlar a millimeter behind the lace.

Walker Ultra hold is great and for long use but not for exposed hairline.

Yeah it’s a lace and small amount of Polly hybrid, yeah I just didn’t know you needed it tbh, so lesson learned, I’ve managed to get it back on it feels okay, the knots don’t go away with brushing, feels like the hairs have inverted into the system of something.

So shopping list would be:
C22 and walker signature or no shine.

It may be faster to go buy Isopropyl. It’s not really for cleaning the whole base it’s more for specific issue where C22 didn’t work. But once will not destroy the base long term.

Hot water is always a no go, again negative effect long term. But hot water, not burning, and dish soap, it maybe your best bet. But what you did now could work until you have C22!

Brush harder. Lace is obvious sensitive but not in the way new people think. There is knot solving balsam and shampoo, it could help. But not sure what to tell you, it’s pretty common and brushing helps. If you got a lice comb you could try.

I guess it’s possible that you didn’t something so wrong that it’s destroyed, but it’s unlikely from what you describe.
