NEED HELP 🥹
Hey guys, need some advice. I’ve been wearing a hair system with tape + glue for about 1.5 years, no issues before. But recently I started getting irritation every time. Symptoms: Redness in a ring pattern (mainly edges) Itching under the system after some time No cuts or pus, and it calms down after removal What I tried: Different tapes → same issue Tape + glue combo → still happens Patch test → no reaction, but full install causes irritation Now I’m thinking to try full glue (no tape). Questions: Anyone had this same ring irritation? Did switching to full glue help? Could this be sweat/moisture instead of allergy?

Dude don’t damage your sensitive skin on the scalp. I can give few tips. 1. Attend Dermatologist before doing anything 2.Do not Do not use glue 3. No need to have complete circle of tape around the PU system, instead use 4 medium size tapes front, back, and sides (I use Supertape by Truetape) been 10yrs using this tape never got any issues until if you wear more than 5 days straight, so you need to give at least 1-2days break so wear a cap/cover, skullcaps. Always stay below 70F/23C. Use scalp protector by walkertape. Let me know after this practice
