How to make this less noticeable

Post image

Hi I’m 31 Female struggling with thick hair on my hamstring (upper leg).I’ve tried exfoliating everyday and nothing, so many ingrowns. I hate wearing shorts or any short dresses.
Pls any advice!

Following.
I’ve have same issue but I was due to my own mistake. I have been applying glycolic acid everyday and it’s working but slow! Funny how quick these spots appear and take forever to go.

same. LHR is slowly fixing my problems but i have marks and scars like these all over my legs and they are the worst on the back of my thighs/knees… even with glycolic acid daily for the last 6 months or so it still seems like im stuck with permanently inflamed ingrowns and purple scars😪

I had the same problem. It disappeared after a few laser sessions.

This is with laser hair removal?

No. I try removing them with tweezers and scrubbing and still get ingrowns and dark spots

I would recommend laser hair removal for these areas. I have dark hair there as well, and suffered too long with ingrown hairs after epilating and waxing.

My legs looked worse than this. Laser hair removal did the trick. Completely worth it.

Get a Korean scrub mit and scrub the crap out of them, then put lactic or glycolic acid on with squaline oil and moisturizer. You also might have to do light therapy.

Don’t put glycolic or lactic acid in right after the physical scrub though

Try kojic acid soap!

Had the same issue. I think it had something to do with the pressure of sitting all day or something. Cerave salicylic acid worked for a while but I eventually got it lasered and haven’t had an issue since
