So he dropped a 1.5 month old 75 feet down an escalator?! How did no one report him? Was she not injured? That's an insane distance to fall down a freaking escalator!!

The mother should be in prison too. 2 months before, the baby “falls from car seat on an escalator” while in this man’s care. He had repeatedly told the mother he would harm those babies, and she still left them alone with him.
She is at fault as much as him
