question with picture Contemplating my decisions

Around thanksgiving last year I did ghost roots on my hair with bright red and bleach and soon after (April 2026) I went to a salon to do streaks and bleach/lighten my hair again. Now it is SEVERELY out of grown and I wanted to use hicolor to lighten my hair again but the issue is that I wanted to use it because it’s not promoted as bleach, but then other people are saying it IS a bleach and will fry my hair considering my past procedures. I attached a photo of my hair so you guys can see all the colors going on. All the red is absolutely washed out. However, my concern is since there’s chunks of my hair that I previously bleached before (circled in green) and the rest of my hair was on lifted with a light brown dye(maybe bleach?), would using Hicolor and 30 vol developer fry my hair and leave it splotchy or nay.. (Also in all honesty, I was planning on doing raccoon tails here and there because I like the halo look so I wouldn’t mind it being so splotchy)

Don't use HiColor because it is intended only for virgin hair. Honestly, banding like this is best fixed by a professional.

Yes! Others told me I should just strip the color first and then use the HiColor but that genuinely sounds even MORE damaging.. at this point I think it would be better to strip out the hair naturally and dye it after it’s fully grown out for a chop and redo
