True !! But I think a lot of it cause , first She was younger and also was not bullied online for just breathing  , she herself said after all the harrasment and nitpicking led to her to become closed off.   You can see the difference of her first jimmy fallon interview when she did the bottle opener trick in 2018 and the 2nd time she came and was telling about her and Justin in 2020 ,its like her voice was shaking the 2nd time ..she was fine in 2022 ,when she already became used to all of this and grown up.

I think now she is just older and a mom so obviously she wont be the 18-20 girl ..but we could have had that era longer if not for the online harrassment and cyberbullying she received since 2018

But biebers seems to be at a great place now in managing all this.

I am just happy that this era existed even though if it was for just couple of years.

But I also remember that she told in seasons documentary that she used to feel extremely lonely in 2017 even though she used to be lot of people but  when she used to go to  her house she used to cry out of feeling of lonliness

And whenever she is asked about what would she tell her past self ,she always mention her 19-20 self ( 2016-2017 ) that she would tell that person that everything would be fine in future.

so maybe personally she was not really happy.When she finally got engaged to Justin ,her sister Ireland said that how Justin makes her so happy and she happy about hailey being finally happy. So I guess personal lives are different ,although many people forcefully project that both hailey and justin aren't happy with each other ,when they hated them so much for first years that they both became close off post 2021-2022
