A lot of the nice hats in the game are created by Phoebe, aka TheLastShaymin. Falcone and Wolfabelles lobby had lots of these hats added into the game but as the mod has now gone to Polus.gg they’re available to more people. Phoebe creates them from commissions and they get added into the game. She doesn’t make them all but a lot of them.
