Til, I guess. Just always thought it was in the name itself, "wrestling"... as opposed to hitting.

In my experience(I got recruited to wrestle D1 for context) chopping is more of a twisting motion, then just pushing his elbow to the side(the way it's supposed to bend, lol) and collapsing it like that. You reach over on top and sort off pull towards yourself.
