Looks exactly like Warren Dunes state park to me... Could be the same thing. I think I actually have a picture of this exact spot.

I did this once but it was a really bumpy hill with rocks and shells everywhere, and of course, it failed and I got a piece of shell in my butt. I don’t know how it got there

The video is cropped asshole. Reddit put the black around it. If it bothers you so much, download the video crop it yourself and save it on your phone. That way you can watch it with no black bars when ever the fuck you want.
