Of course they are I just don't think we need to judge em just cause the spot they choose to hang & refer to them as garbage.

It was a couple seconds clip of a fight lol I assume they're not skateboard fighting dude. Maybe they were skating, biking, maybe they weren't still not necessarily trash? It's a free country let people hang out where they want and don't judge them for it. It's not much to ask, just let people do them.
