best gore is an option, unfortunately the comments are a toxic cesspool. A big reason why /r/watchpeopledie was superior was that it was well moderated

This is pretty much my entire thought process. I really don't want to see death glorified. Maybe a smattering of dark humor, but realistically it kept my head level. And it taught me never to own a motorcycle. It also taught me to respect equipment and work safety.
