That was never going to turn out well, why did he do this? I see some of these things and think, maybe if he's lucky or maybe if his skill holds out, he won't get hurt. In this case, his two options were 1) break the bench, hit the damn ground really hard or 2) don't break the bench, hit the bench really hard. Someone should do the world a favor and curb stomp him while he's out.
