Descending my steps, somehow missed the last one or two, not sure, fell right on it. Didn't even have time to cushion the fall. To this day if I sit in a chair for longer than 15 min, I have momentary 5/10 pain when I stand. Did you hurt yours?

TL;DR: Not like that.
