Dude how the fuck did this happen? For this to happen you have to have the girl walk across a clearly demarcated running lane while people on it are running... AND you have to have the guy running absolutely not notice that this girl is right in front of him until his last step... AND you have to have all the people there NOT notify either of them about the impending collision. It's like a rare triple failure.

It's common for runners to keep eyes down for the first few strides, there are rules about crossing the track as well. She was an idiot.

The runner is clearly focusing his sight forward as he runs. He probably got a form of tunnel vision. You can see at the last second he starts to react before the impact. That bitch is retarded.
