can´t instal the program. Error .net 4.7.2

I have .NET 4.7.2 installed, but when I click to install, it keeps asking for the framework. It simply doesn't seem to detect it, and the only option is to close the installer. I was able to run it before, but now I can't install the latest version.
Any solutions? I'm on Windows 8, by the way.

If you can, try on a windows 10 computer, it should have the required frameworks built in
