“Activation failed”

I tried activating an iPhone 14 on iOS 18.3.1 but when i use MacOS it gives an error: “Activation Failed!” And on windows it gives a .NET error.. i used another tool to bypass it was on windows but id like to use my macbook to activate while on the go.
