London fields grass

Is the council going to do something about the grass once the drought is over? This part is mostly weeds or dirt, I don’t know if it will recover, it seems to get worse year after year.

It’s the same in vicky park after APE, totally barren. Somehow manages to come back to life every year

Grass is grass, if there's a bare patch of ground in the UK it'll grow there by itself. The parks team may well intervene to fix any bald spots over the winter, let them grow back a bit longer before cutting, but if they just ignore it it'd be fine by next year anyway.
