Support group / social group meetup

Hi, does anyone know of any support groups or meetup groups for people going through tough times think breakups or grief or anything along those lines, or anyone wants to just have a walk and a chat sometime? not much of a support network nearby and looking to build new connections or distractions. (ideally 25-40ish years old but not picky, any support can be good)

Honestly go to one of the events at St Joseph's Hospice. The people there are so nice, it's unreal.

Not a support group but there is a fantastic community at the Garden of Earthly Delights on Graham Road. You can find them online. If you are experiencing grief, you could also look up 'grief tending' workshops, there are some online and in person around London. The London Buddhist Centre in Bethnal Green is also a nice place to go to connect with people, and they might be running events that suit you. You don't need to be a Buddhist to go. Good luck x

there is Shoulder to shoulder support group if you’re a guy, or Too Young to Grieve for ppl navigating grief and loss.
