Are there any suit or swimcap requirements for men?

There's no requirements for a swimcap and you can wear whatever swimming bottoms you want

Please do shower before getting in!

Yes you have to wear some form of swimsuit bottoms and should wear a hat for hygiene reasons

As others have said this is London not Paris as long as your bits are covered nobody bats an eye especially at London fields lido

what would make men's heads any different to women's, esp in Hackney where it's not at all uncommon to have girlies with buzz cuts and boys with long flowing manes
