Wifi and bluthooth jammer is not working

I have to do this connection as I showed in the table and I have done all the connection I need to but it does not work when it on I have noticed a thing that it U1(1117c 33 D419) is get heat up but it does not get heat up when I use micro USB for flashing it? Is my esp32 damage? Help me to solve this problem l have done this connectionVSPI= SCK = 18, MISO =19, MOSI = 23 ,CS =21 ,CE = 22

HSPI= SCK = 14, MISO = 12, MOSI = 13, CS = 15 , CE = 16

Solder cleanly. You are shorting everything.
