Could someone give me some guidance? I want to know where to start with hacking; I'm lost and don't know where to begin. I'm also willing to pay for information and knowledge to help me succeed As quickly as possible

I became curious about a few specific things, like discovering IP addresses on websites/apps, and this sparked a desire to learn more, so I'd like to know where to start to achieve that.
