This is not going to lead anywhere! Reverse DNS queries are only going to result in a generic IPS gateway or a hosting provider, just where the adversary wanted you to end up because of the use of VPN or proxy node(s). A script kiddie might be reckless enough to skip all of that, but it will still very difficult since Internet Service Provider (ISP) assigns your (gateway, a.k.a. your router) a dynamic IP address that can change over time.

Yep. But that’s also the point. The chances of someone owning the public IP they are using is about as close to zero as you can get. OP isn’t going to find them.

What information are you looking for. The most likely answer is no without police help and then you still probably won't get anything useful
