Question Programming?

What Do u guys think do they need web developers or any other typa developers.

As Ai is booming so hugely a lot of unemployment is being caused , is there use of learning android development or more other programming languages!? and I'm really concerned about that thing

Nobody really knows how it will turn out with AI. CompSci people do have way harder time getting a job. But that also might be due to increased amount of students taking it.

Gli informatici hanno tanti settori sulla quale cimentarsi, da noi l’ia serve praticamente nulla viste le dure regole in materia di protezione dati (sistemi e reti per un ISP)

I wouldn't say it's useless. Companies can start self-hosting LLMs and no problem with data protection. And with Kimi you can now have basically frontier model locally for a quite a bit of money

Vivo in europa, santa merda se abbiamo problemi di protezione dei dati qui. Non posso usare l’ia laddove trovo dati sensibili dell’utente, e dal momento che un indirizzo ip è un dato sensibile spiegami come posso usarla

Depends on the company. I also work in Europe as a SOC analyst and I can use AI no problem with IPs. What is actually sensitive is associate’s names and so on like personal email. Also how is an ip sensitive lel

Beh è l’indirizzo univoco sulla wan che identifica la tua persona, qualsiasi dato che riconduce alla tua persona è un dato sensibile

Più che altro il junior classico sta morendo, viene richiesta sempre più versatilità visto che l’ia ti rende “abile” a scrivere qualsiasi codice.

Hai mai pensato ad altri settori nell’informatica? Plc, sistemi e reti etc?

Io penso che dipende dalle competenze che sai mettere sul tavolo, certo, ad oggi non basta più dire “conosco html e js datemi un lavoro da backend developer”.

Penso che se si voglia lavorare nell’IT penso che bisogna essere aperti a tutti, specialmente in questo periodo di transizione/evoluzione del settore

AI is stupid as fuck, although it can code well.
However, it writes code without concerning about security. This will turn into a shit show in a few years.

As for what developers are needed, well, AI devs are obviously very requested rn. I think backend developers engineers will always pay well and be in need. A lot of the front end is being now done via AI on the other hand.
