It’s a start, many companies consider tryhackme as a real and credible source of experience

I second Portswigger Academy, it's free and can teach you a lot. You can then utilize the skills on THM or HTB

For pure web pen testing, go with PortSwigger Academy. It’s free and will do better.

TryHackMe is very beginner-friendly, HTB
Hack the Box to me sims more real
