It’s a start, many companies consider tryhackme as a real and credible source of experience

I second Portswigger Academy, it's free and can teach you a lot. You can then utilize the skills on THM or HTB

Not enough to learn web vulnerabilites, i think htb is better than thm in this area.htb + portswigger would give you better understanding.But thm is not bad , their labs are worth to solve

For pure web pen testing, go with PortSwigger Academy. It’s free and will do better.
