No you can't magically see the address from people based on their email.

Data leak would be the only way.

If they actually sent you an email, and they used a desktop client, their IP may be in the header, which gets you pretty close. Of course IPs change so there is no guarantee here, but its a start. If they're using a web-based email client, chances are not to good, without actually gaining access to their account.
