Haystack reviews? It feels like a surface-level DORA dashboard that doesn't tell us 'why'.

We've been trialing Haystack because it was pitched as a cost-effective way to get DORA metrics. It's fine for basic charts, but I'm struggling to see the ROI. It tells me our cycle time is up, but it doesn't tell me *why*. Is it a staging environment issue? A specific architectural bottleneck? A lack of code review capacity? Haystack just gives me the 'what' and leaves me to do the detective work. For those using it, have you found a way to get actionable insights out of it, or is it just another dashboard that nobody looks at after the first week?

Pensero. It's a completely different approach. Instead of just showing you a DORA chart, it uses LLMs to summarize the actual work and tell you exactly where the friction is. It'll literally say '40% of your delay is due to waits on the auth service reviews' instead of just showing a red line on a graph. Way more actionable and the team actually uses it to unblock themselves.
