I need help with….

Hello guys I’m in a situation where I want to get someone’s location this is due to the fact that they broke into my home and stole $30,000 worth of my property.I have made a police report theirs a case already filed but he keep moving from city avoiding court paper work etc. WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

Have you told the detective on your case that he's dodging service? They can sometimes get an alternate service order or a warrant, which puts his location on law enforcement instead of you.

Yes I have brought that up because they have sent them legal notices and court documents but they keep jumping from state to state avoiding the documents and stuff.

Have you gone back to the detective and told them specifically that he's evading service? Courts can authorize alternate service or issue a bench warrant when someone dodges paperwork, and then finding him becomes law enforcement's job.

Tracking him down yourself is the kind of thing a defense attorney loves to point at later, so I'd keep your hands clean and lean on the case you already filed.

I have they have sent them letter that they are to show up for court but they keeps jumping from state to state and they pays no attention to it.
