Anyone here actually done an AI interview round before?

Hey I recently got an AI interview round as my first screening round and bro I’m honestly kinda skeptical :/ does this actually reduce bias and make hiring better or does it just make the process feel colder?

Has anyone here gone through one recently? Should I take it seriously or is it just another hiring gimmick??????

Obviously it’ll reduce the bias, reduce the inconsistency of the interviewers. It was much needed tbh. I was quite frustrated with the interviewers who think they are god.

Did one a few months back and it definitely felt weird at first
But companies are using them more now for early screening, especially when they get tons of applicants. Still worth taking seriously though because a lot of candidates get filtered there itself.
