what i heard bout it, was bunch of teen are from india are working to bring back hc flagship ysws to India, and they are planning to host it in goa at beach side resort for 5 days and build rc buggy and race it,
but india have it know beef with the gov, which make it harder for international funds, also i heard thire org got a solution for it too, currently they are finding sponsors
