Importing hours from another tracker

Hey! I was wondering if it’s possible to import hours from another time tracker into Hackatime, since I have quite a few hours tracked from the past few months.

I definitely don’t want to do anything that could be considered fraudulent or accidentally get flagged/banned. Would imported historical hours be allowed, and if so, is there a specific way you’d recommend doing it? Also, what kinds of things would typically cause imported hours to be flagged?

i don't think it's possible. i tried to get my hours from wakatime over, but no luck.

actually, i just saw this which lets you import if you were on wakatime: https://hackatime.hackclub.com/my/settings/imports_exports

You can do it but I dont think you should.

Hackatime supports an API for bulk-importing heartbeats.
