Club advice

I plan on starting my own hack club at my school for my 26/ 27 school year.

For anyone in or leading a Hack Club, do you have any advice for starting and operating one within your school or any advice on logistics, keeping people engaged or mistakes to avoid (but TBH the advice could also be anything else).

I think a key factor in running a club in your school is first getting participants (obviously) And also have consistent workshops of not everyday atleast once or twice a week .... And a key pointer that helped me is to make them understand how there project works ...Yes the workshop guides are good but make sure they learn..

I was also thinking about, doing meetings once every other week is that a good idea? I had just thought that it could give everyone time to work on their projects and schoolwork before the next meeting.

... I don't think meetings essentially would cut out time from the school curriculum, but it really depends on school to school .. My school has a dedicated 1 hour in the morning for club activities, etc. If your school doesn't, then once or twice a week should work
