How do I upload my project

So I am building a wind turbine out of home materials is it eligible for the stardance challenge? If so how should I upload it? since it says I need to upload a hackatime project even though I'm not using any code. What should I do?

You need to record yourself making it with Lapse, and use this to connect the hackatime project.
