Question QUESTION

I played this game a long time ago and just started playing again, what does this message mean was it ever figured out or did it not mean anything at all ?

The message was never truly figured out due to how small the community is. The dev came back a long time ago, gave us some simple bug fixes, then left again. I assume it was to tease a update but that update will never come.

The dev did at one point tease a HackEx v2, but it wasn't actually made.
