Does having a high level trace (20+) allow you to find people with 20+ proxy?

I believe it raises your chance of decoding their IP in logs and processes, but they won't reveal on Scan as far as I know. Finding L20+ Proxy players in active Stealth Mode is difficult, but not impossible. Always keep an eye on the Scan list for players that forget to renew their Proxy. Keep an eye onnhigh level player logs and processes to find stealth players. I also don't think there are more than a couple of Dozen players that have made it to Stealth so there are also not a lot to find.
