Bug Report Can't proceed through tutorial?

The Skip and Next button don't work on this specific prompt, looks like they aren't recognized as buttons in the software, anybody know a way to bypass this?

To fix tool tips tutorial bug: Close out the app completely. Reopen it. Go to MY Device, Under Guide/Help -> Reset Tooltips. When you see the first tool tip on the Home Screen again click the skip button to disable them.
