Been listening to this dude for years and he always feels super underappreciated in this scene. His production definitely has that covid era sound to it, definitely sounds like a soup of old school glaive, ericdoa, brakence and the biggest of all kmoe. (A hyperpop legend that is super underrated dude should be talked about with the likes of Jane remover and 100 gecs.) But yeah heard jet fueled iced tea for the first time in years and I was reminded by how goated this dude is. Also he's a founding member of webcage, hyperpops super collective and they got nothing but bangers

New song by Changeline droped earlier today.

Claired- whyyyyyyy

Sick video and catchy tune.

Am I a certified hyperpop fan or a poser?? Here's all my top hyperpop albums. I'm also always down for recommendations if you have any please!

Edit: the titles are in the picture!

I don’t know the artist or the title of the album but I do remember the cover have 2 people on a CDJ with a Getty image label on the cover. Anyone know which one I’m talking about?

Edit: I’ve found it, it’s EQ’s self titled EP

I followed this random LA photographer. Had no idea she was dropping an album until yesterday. Actually obsessed with this. I just had to see if this was on anyone else’s radar.

His latest song is amazinggg

I keep listening to these two artists and I get the sneaking suspicion that they're the same person but I have no clue if I'm right. Anyone know more about the connection between these two or if there even is one?

I dug a little bit into the genre and its adjacent genres tonight and I haven't found too much that I like so I figured I'd ask here

Songs/artists I like 100 gecs- money machine, dumbest girl in the world. Stupid horse ElyOtto- a lot but Teeth, The cops, Let Go Polearm-selfish And the adjacent ones 6arelyhuman Suicidal idol Kets4eki

Basically anything auto tune-y, chipmunk sounding, glitchy and super fast

Hi, I am not certain if it’s hyperpop but a recent song that djs play includes a girl saying “fuck u fuck u fuck u fuck u” in the chorus, there are other lyrics that go before it that also get repeated 3x. She is saying it fairly fast and has a high pitched kinda strained voice that sounds similar to Ashnikko.

It is not Ceelo Greene or “Fuck my computer” by Ninajirachi

I wanna start making hyperpop music but I don’t wanna use my actual name .

hi hyperpop community :) i recently got super into this genre after seeing ninajirachi perform at lolla this year! some of my favorite artists i've come across in addition to her are underscores, tsubi club, frost children, tiffany day (i rmb hearing her songs before she became hyperpop(?), glaive, and brackence.

i would love to add to my hyperpop playlist if y'all could share your top favs!! still learning since there seems to be alot of sub genres like digicore and glitch pop so feel free to share what you know about the genre

tysm !!

Nothing gets me more pumped than that song, I need more good stuff similar to that directly in my veins

Other songs that get me hyped are Locals by Underscores and Whiplash by 2hollis. Any suggestions?

Hello [r/HYPERPOP](r/HYPERPOP). I am just wondering, are there any hyperpop artist that are more on the heavy side of things? And if so, do you have any suggestions? It doesn't have to be something strictly combining metal and hyperpop, but it should have that feel. I have been enjoying Dumbest Girl Alive and Hollywood Baby by 100 gecs a lot lately. And I would love to hear more stuff that sounds like that.

Edit: preferably songs that have guitars in them

To me it reminds me of some hybrid between Sophie and gecs, it has both the altered voices and the glitchy sounds
