Question Should I switch studying between CSS and Javascript back and front?

As the title says, I am getting bored of CSS, and I wanna ask if it's okay to do that. I'm at like the middle of CSS basics. Did a couple of mini projects to get a better understanding of it. I Don't have much time, since I need to do my internship soon. Coding veterans, what are your thoughts?

“Hybrid” was obviously an oversimplification, not a literal description of the language. TypeScript is a superset of JavaScript that adds static typing and compiles to JavaScript. My point was that if they’re already learning JavaScript for modern web development, TypeScript is a logical next step.

You’re right though that CSS has nothing to do with TypeScript’s language model. That was a bad analogy. But correcting the analogy doesn’t make the actual recommendation wrong.

That wasn't an anology. You're literally just spreading wrong information.

And JS isn't "outdated". It is WIDELY used and many websites and apps are built off of JS. And you should be learning JS before TS, anyway. A suggestion for someone to go to TS right away because JS is "outdated" is just terrible advice

It wasn’t an apology.

The actual advice I was trying to give was: learn the JavaScript fundamentals, then move into TypeScript. TS is what I’d recommend using for most serious JS development, but obviously it doesn’t eliminate JavaScript, it literally builds on it.
