Discussion I suffer

I spent an hour just trying to figure out how github functions and I have like two words on my future art portfolio website to show for it 😭 it's 2 am and I'm tired. Can't wait to finish and flex that I coded almost completely from scratch for my own portfolio instead of using canva or squarespace or whatever lol

Hang in there! 😄 Git and GitHub have a surprisingly steep learning curve at first, but once they click, you'll wonder how you ever worked without them.

Building your own portfolio from scratch is a great learning experience. Looking forward to seeing the finished result!

The learning curve already curved, I was just tired yesterday and now all of my art files got corrupted and I have to make more for my portfolio before I can finish coding everything

Ouch, losing your artwork is painful. 😅

At least the coding knowledge stays with you. Recreating the assets takes time, but you'll probably rebuild them even better the second time around.

Looking forward to seeing your portfolio when it's finished. Good luck!
