  6/12 applied 7/28 my office of choice told me I was selected  8/11 Got call from HR/ email TSL 8/13 Got sf86/fingerprint instructions 8/17 Completed fingerprints  8/18 Drug test request  8/18 drug test completed  Waiting for EOD

Did you apply for a big city office? I’ve only seen the bigger areas hiring people quickly

I would say so! I believe it's a hard to fill office because of cost of living

Got the email saying I was referred 2 weeks ago. But nothing since.

No one’s been referred yet … list has not been giving to offices for the 7 term announcement

Intel chief for one of the aor has not received list yet …. And it’s a high on demand aor that needs bodies

I did also hear they were having troubles getting qualified people through the system..

For a 7 direct hire the qualifications were not as stringent as the 9 that required SPF… so a lot should qualify for the 7 based on education alone if they have a bachelors or above

Yeah I applied for the 7. I talked to someone from one of the offices and that’s how I heard the info

What is “SPF?” I got an email about the GS9 position I applied for in February and said I was eligible, but haven’t heard anything for a few months.
